ABOUT THIS POSTER This illustration was used by Pan Am to promote the early Pacific flights. This painting of the Boeing 314 flying over a Clipper sailing ship, is one of the most famous of the period. Unlike many of their other promotional posters, Pan American Airways reporduced this on high quality paper. The artist was Gordon Grant.
